DCRP Sets Another Practice for Sunday, March 31
DODGE CITY, Kan. (March 26, 2019) – Dodge City Raceway Park saw its first action of the year with this past Saturday’s car show and practice atop the 3/8-mile clay oval in southwest Kansas.
While a number of teams took part in the open practice, the newly-developed “Little DCRP” 1/7-mile clay oval for Micros and Karts was not practice-worthy due to heavy overnight rains leading up to the Saturday practice.
As a result, an additional practice session has been added for this Sunday, March 31, at 4:00 p.m. Practice will take place on both the DCRP 3/8-mile clay oval as well as the 1/7-mile Little DRCRP oval.
It sets the stage for the following week’s season-opening event of the year on Saturday, April 6, with a full card of championship racing action including URSS vs. DCRP Sprint Cars, IMCA Modifieds, IMCA Sport Modifieds, IMCA Stock Cars and IMCA Hobby Stocks.
