Ayers Racing Images & Jim DuPont Named Interim Stafford Speedway Photographers
Stafford Springs, CT — Dick Ayers of Ayers Racing Images and Jim DuPont will be the interim photographers for Stafford Speedway photo and hero card needs until an official track photographer is named. Dick and Jim will be in attendance at most of the regular Friday night races.
Dick Ayers is a photographer for Area Auto Racing News and Speed Sport News. Both Dick and Jim have been photographers at Stafford Speedway for over 20 years and assisted former long-time track photographer John Driscoll.
Dick also covers select national series races including the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour, the USAC National Sprint Car Series, the World Of Outlaws and the Knoxville Nationals. He is the 2016 recipient of the Eastern Motorsports Press Association “Ace Lane Photographer Award”.
Jim DuPont is a photographer for RaceDayCT.com and Area Auto Racing News. He covers National Series racing including NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour, K&N Pro Series, Xfinity Series and Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series. With a passion for modified racing, Jim shoots the Valenti Modified Racing Series and TriTracks Series when his schedule allows.
