Rain Washes Out Grandview Saturday Night Racing for First Time this Season
USAC Sprints, Modifieds and Sportsman Featured on Saturday, May 18th
BECHTELSVILLE, PA May 11, 2019 . . . For the first time this season Ma Nature returned to action at Grandview Speedway with rain wiping out the Saturday night doubleheader that would have featured the NASCAR T.P. Trailers 358 Modifieds and T.P.Truck Equipment Sportsman.
Racing action will return to the Bechtelsville banked clay oval when the Rapid Tire United States Auto Club (USAC) East Coast Wingless Sprints make their first appearance at Grandview Speedway on Saturday, May 18th. The exciting 360 Sprints will feature such talents as Steve Drevicki, Eddie Strada, Alex Bright and a host of others. And of course, also seeing action will be the NASCAR T.P.Trailers 358 Modifieds and T.P.Truck Equipment Sportsman. The tripleheader night of action gets underway at 7:30 p.m. Spectator gates open at 5:30 p.m. Adult admission is $20, youngsters 6 through 11 pay just $5 and kids under 6 are admitted FREE.
And on Sunday, May 19th at 1 p.m. Outlaw Enduro and Blast from the Past Vintage Racers. Big Car Enduro (75-laps), Small Car Enduro (75-laps), Junkyard Car Race (50-laps), Savage 61 Roadrunners (20-lap feature plus qualifying), Vintage Cars (2-20-lap features), Mechanics Race (20-laps), Outlaw 4X4 Truck Series (Heats and Features on Obstacle Course). Adult admission is $10.
