Ransomville Speedway Sets Date for 2020 Drivers Meetings

RANSOMVILLE, N.Y. (December 18, 2019) – As the calendar gets ready to turn to a new decade, Ransomville Speedway management has been busy preparing for the 2020 racing season. One stop on the road to next season is the annual drivers meetings to discuss rules and speedway policies.

Track officials have set Sunday, January 26 as the day for drivers meetings for all Friday night divisions. Meetings will take place at the Ransomville Fire Hall on Youngstown Lockport Rd in Ransomville. Mini Stock and Ki-Po Chevrolet Street Stock drivers will have their meeting at 11 a.m. on January 26 with a meeting for open-wheeled division drivers (Krown Undercoating 358 Modifieds, Investor’s Service Sportsman and Stevenson’s Hardware Novice Sportsman) to follow at 12:30 p.m.

Ransomville Speedway memberships and season passes for the 2020 season are now available by calling the track office or they can be purchased at the drivers meeting. Season memberships are $75, season passes are available for $495 and perfect attendance season passes for $375. Drivers from all three open-wheeled divisions that purchase memberships or season passes either before or at the meeting will be entered in a drawing to win one of three Hoosier Racing tires.

Drivers that need to purchase DIRTcar memberships can also do so by contacting the speedway office or by signing up at the drivers meeting. Any drivers planning on competing at the DIRTcar Nationals in Florida in February will need a DIRTcar membership.

Ki-Po Chevrolet Street Stock drivers are invited to also attend a special drivers meeting this Saturday, December 21 at 10 a.m. at the Ransomville Fire Hall to discuss the 2020 season.

Anyone wanting to inquire about memberships or sponsorship opportunities for the 2020 season can call Jenn Martin at the speedway office at (716) 791-3602.
