Bacon Back in USAC Sprint Car Action at Plymouth

WINCHESTER, Ind. (June 26, 2020) – After a fast-paced week of Midget racing action, Brady Bacon is back in the seat of the Hoffman Auto Racing Fatheadz Eyewear No. 69 Sprint Car for Friday night’s USAC National Sprint Car event at Indiana’s Plymouth Speedway.

In his quest for a third USAC National Sprint Car championship, Bacon enters the night sitting a close third in points after the opening handful of events.

“The Macho Man” kicked off the season with a sweep of the pair of events at Ocala, Florida’s Bubba Raceway Park in February and has posted three more top-tens with finishes of fourth, seventh and eighth throughout Illinois, Missouri and Indiana.

Bacon gets back to his primary goal of winning another USAC Sprint Car title after a busy Indiana Midget Week that featured six consecutive nights of racing including double duty in the Longworth No. 410 Sprint Car on five of those nights as well.

Bacon raced his way into four of the Midget Week features against stout fields aboard the Klatt Enterprises No. 4 entry and found even more success aboard the Longworth No. 410 Sprint Car.

Bacon picked off a Sprint Car win at Putnamville’s Lincoln Park Speedway on Friday, June 19, to go along with runner-up finishes as Gas City on June 17 and Kokomo in the week’s finale on June 21.

With four wins already recorded this season, Bacon looks for more at Plymouth Speedway.
