POWRi Lucas Oil West Midgets Head to Airport Speedway for the 5th Annual Midget Roundup
Belleville, IL. (06/29/2020) POWRi Lucas Oil West Midgets travel to Garden City, KS. Which will be co-sanctioned with RMMA for a two-day show on tap for the 5th Annual Midget Roundup, July 3rd, and 4th.
Taking on what is said to be the fastest 1/6- mile dirt oval in Kansas, you won’t want to miss this action-packed weekend. With very limited races having happened this season due to the devastating circumstances happening in our world today, the points battle is very crucial this late in the year.
The POWRi West Midget League points battle has continued to heat up between the driver of the #3N, Jake Neuman and #44 Andrew Felker. Felker took the top position in last weekend’s race, which pushed Neuman back to 2nd in season points standings. Felker has a chance to capitalize and repeat as points champion this year. Felker is 160 points ahead of runner up, Jake Neuman. Trey Marcham has now taken over the third position in season points standings.
Alongside the RMMA and POWRi Lucas Oil West Midget League, the NOW600 Desert Region and NOW600 Mile High Region will be in attendance with the Winged ‘A’ Class and Restricted ‘A’ Class Micro Sprints during both nights, July 3rd and 4th.
