World of Outlaws Late Models at River Cities Speedway Postponed to Sunday, July 19
Tonight’s World of Outlaws Morton Buildings Late Model Series event at River Cities Speedway in Grand Forks, N.D. has been postponed to this Sunday, July 19.
A significant severe thunderstorm rolling into the area with damaging winds and large hail left track and series officials with no option but to postpone Friday’s date in the best interest of the racers and fans’ safety.
All previous ticket purchases will be good for Sunday’s show, and additional tickets will be sold at the gate. The pits are slated to open at 3:00pm CT with hot laps hitting the track at 6:00pm CT for Sunday’s make up date.
Tomorrow, on Saturday night, the World of Outlaws Morton Buildings Late Model Series will conclude the Northern Swing with a trip to West Fargo, N.D. to race at Red River Valley Speedway for the first time since 2005. Tickets are still available for purchase HERE or can be bought at the gate.
