Kruczek Wins the ACT Race at Riverside Speedway & Adventure Park

GROVETON, NH 8/15/2020- Bryan Kruczek picked up his first ACT win of 2020 Saturday night at Groveton’s Riverside Speedway’s Gardiner and June Leavitt Memorial 150. Kruczek got out front early and dueled first with DJ Shaw who had a tire go down but Shaw battled back to finish the night in fourth. Kruczek then held off a hard-charging Jimmy Hebert who settled for second on the night.

In the Lil Rascals dwarf cars, Justin Stacey picked up another win with Roger Edgecomb in second and Brenna Humphrey getting her car back together after last week’s hard crash to get the third spot.

The Ekeys4Cars Formula Fours saw Chris Caron of Groveton collect another first-place flag in his quest for the championship. Jefferson’s Dan Stinson SR. ended the night second with Jacob Roy finishing in third.

Mekaylah Bowen got back on the winning track in the Claudette and Dean’s place Daredevils. Bowen got out front on lap one and didn’t look back to pick up the win. Dan Stinson JR. brought the 53 in for the second spot and Cassi Leonard in the Boulay’s Auto body machine picking up third.

In the White Mountains Community College four cylinder Bone Stocks Bryson Lamontagne got tangled up with Traci Dean’s number 5 with both cars hitting the turn four wall. Both cars were done for the night. Derby Vermont’s Marty Barrup held off Groveton’s Daryl Hamilton to earn his first win of the season. Hamilton ended the night second with Nate Swallow finishing third in his first start of the season.

We do it all over again next Saturday night with Riverside’s regular divisions plus the Creative Counters Late Models. We will be honoring our military that night. Racing starts at 6, Hope to see you there.
