Lucas Oil Products to Present 45th Annual Auto Racing Promoter of the Year (ARPY) at 48th Annual RPM@Daytona Workshops
45th Annual Auto Racing Promoter of the Year to be Announced at RPM@Daytona Along with All Regional and Event Award Winners –
Daytona Beach, Florida (January 30, 2021) – Lucas Oil Products will be the Presenting Sponsor of the 45th Annual Auto Racing Promoter of the Year Awards, as part of the 48th Annual RPM Workshops, held at the Plaza Resort & Spa Daytona Beach Resort, February 8th and 9th.
The regional and national award winners will be announced during the Monday, February 8th portion of the Workshops agenda. Roger Slack, promoter at Eldora Speedway, in Rossburg, Ohio, was awarded the 44th Annual ARPY Award last February. It was Slack’s first regional and national award. Slack became the second ARPY to win the award, promoting Eldora. Speedway founders, Earl and Berniece Baltes, won the prestigious award in 1993. Only Eldora and Rockford (IL) Speedway have hosted two ARPY winners (Baltes and Slack at Eldora / Hugh and Jody Deery at Rockford).

The winners will receive awards recognizing their accomplishments, while the 45th Auto Racing Promoter of the Year will receive the traditional watch, signifying their accomplishments, and the opportunity to be the Grand Marshall and have a VIP experience at the 29th Annual Lucas Oil Show Me 100, at Lucas Oil Speedway, in Wheatland, Missouri.
