The First Glimpse of the Cars and Stars Competing at the Ridge Our 54th Consecutive Season Is Just Around the Corner!

Just two more weeks till the first day to get a glimpse of the 2021 Bear Ridge Speedway cars and stars that will be competing for the championship in their respective divisions. On Saturday, April 24 the cars and stars will be returning to the Fireside Inn West Lebanon NH from 10:00 to 1:00.

With Covid vaccines being administered daily and the car show being located outside, we feel that we can successfully begin our reconnection with all our fans, families, and competitors as we get ready to kick off the 2021 racing season the 54th consecutive one at Bear Ridge Speedway.

After that, it is just another two weeks to our 54th consecutive season-opening day Saturday, May 8th. The opening day Bear Ridge Speedway car show will be held once again at the Bradford Fair Grounds from 10:00 to NOON. Then the cars and stars will head to the Ridge for trackside photos and 2020 awards presentations for those who were going to attend our 2020 banquet that had to be canceled due to Covid-19. Then the cars and stars will hit the legended quarter-mile clay oval for their first round of practice for the 2021 season. From there the first green flag of the 54th season will take place at 5:30pm(ish). The events sponsored of course by F.M.S. NAPA Auto Parts of Bradford VT.

The 99ROCK wfrd weekly racing season will kick into gear for the 54th consecutive year Saturday, May 8th sponsored by FMS NAPA of Bradford, the proud sponsor of Bear Ridge Speedway’s opening night for over two decades. Racing will kick into gear at 5:30pm(ish), based on track conditions.

Remember in today’s society we could all use a little more family entertainment, and the Ridge is your best place to be for just that. The admission price is more than reasonable; the show top-notch, the food superior, and the family-friendly atmosphere is just what you are looking for. Please note that any and all COVID-19 safety requirements will be enforced at the Ridge. 2020 saw us thru following the requirements diligently able to race on a weekly basis, as safety for all IS our FIRST concern. If you are not well or have been recently exposed, we expect you to stay home, to help us keep everyone safe. This is about ALL of us not each of us, and we are NOT out of the woods yet. Negligent behavior observed while at one of our events in our efforts to get thru the pandemic will not be tolerated at any of our events both off the track and t the track. We sincerely appreciate your cooperation and working with us, to be able to provide the best place for your entertainment, while keeping everyone safe!

Everyone is anxious to see the 2021 season, the Ridge’s 54th consecutive to kick into gear on May 8th, you will be able to hear April May and Butch as they join Stephen John for all the highlights of Bear Ridge Speedway from the week before and what is coming up every Friday morning from 6:30 to 7:00 on WYKR.

Season passes application forms are available online at our website. 2021 driver and crew membership applications are now available on the website. Be sure to get yours sent in early to beat the lines on opening day. To be eligible for the Bear Ridge Speedway points fund, and recognized at the annual awards banquet, drivers must hold a 2021 Bear Ridge Speedway or DIRTcar license, compete in the required number of events and run on track designated tires as indicated in the rule book.

The price of a regular show general admission (front gate) ticket for adults (ages 17 to 61) is $12.00 a person and children 11 and under $2.00. Teens 12 to 16 and seniors 62 and older is $10.00. Military Discounts are available at $2.00 off for those with a valid ID. The back gate (pit gate) ticket price for Bear Ridge Speedway and DIRTcar 2021 license holders is $30.00. Non-license holders are $35.00 (both prices are in addition to the front gate ticket.)

We are hoping that we will be able to have the 2021 kid’s club. Membership if we are able to, will be only $12.00 (one-time fee) per child, infant to 11 years old, ($10.00 with front gate ticket stub), and once you are a member you get in free the rest of the season!

Bear Ridge Speedway is as an alcohol-free family-friendly entertainment spot, with our goal to make each experience at the Ridge better than the last. We continue to offer the best source of good inexpensive high-quality entertainment for families.
