Penske Racing Shocks Announces Partnership with Short Track Super Series

READING, PA – The Bob Hilbert Sportswear Short Track Super Series (STSS) Fueled By Sunoco and Penske Racing Shocks have formed a partnership to benefit racers for the remainder of the 2021 season.

Launching at the Hurlock Auto & Speed Supply ‘Diamond State 50’ on Tuesday, April 27 at Delaware International Speedway (Delmar, Del.), and carrying through the entirety of the 2021 season, four drivers will receive certificates for Penske Racing Shocks at every event.

The Modified winner ($150 value), runner-up ($75 value), third-place finisher ($50 value), and 10th-place finisher ($25 value) will all receive certificates courtesy of Penske Racing Shows for a total distribution of $300 per event.

The contingency bonus will be available at every STSS Hurlock Auto & Speed North Region event as well as every STSS Velocita-USA South Region presented by Design for Vision and Sunglass Central event.

Penske Racing Shocks was formed in 1988 when the need for a higher performing shock absorber was identified by the Penske Racing Indy Car team. A small design office was established in Reading, Pa., to produce high-quality four-way adjustable dampers.

Race wins, championships, and word of mouth acclaim allowed Penske Racing Shocks to expand into many more markets. Shock absorbers were designed for drag, Late Model, Midget, Modified, and Sprint Car race markets, as well as professional motorcycle racing.

Due to the unique nature of the business and relatively small size, Penske Racing Shocks has an advantage over much larger companies who use racing as a marketing effort for their OEM programs.

Penske’s entire business is racing. By supplying customers with high-quality dampers quickly, Penske Racing Shocks can assist them in meeting their needs without compromises.

Unmatched customer support combined with the best products and innovation allows Penske Racing Shocks to enjoy a loyal customer base in all levels of professional motorsports and beyond.
