Tickets on Sale for Mod Tour Event at NYIRP
Lancaster, NY (June 24, 2021): General admission tickets are now on sale for the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour event at New York International Raceway Park (NYIRP) in Lancaster, NY. Grandstand tickets for the Nu-Way Auto Parts 150, scheduled for Saturday, July 31, are available at SeetheEvents.com for $35 for adults and $15 for children ages 12 and under.
Grandstands will open at Noon with practice beginning at 2pm. Racing begins at 5pm. In addition to the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour, the race card also includes Sportsman, 4-Cylinders and Street Stocks.

The inaugural Nu-Way Auto Parts 150 for the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour is expected to draw a full-field of cars including Series regulars Justin Bonsignore, Doug Coby, Tommy Catalano and Woody Pitkat along with hometown heroes Patrick Emerling, Chuck Hossfeld, and Tyler Rypkema. Local favorites like Mike Leaty and Scott Wylie are also anticipated.
The excitement of the inaugural event will not be limited to the roster as Motor Racing Network (MRN) personalities Alex Hayden and Dave Moody will be on hand to call the race. Skylighters of New York will present a full fireworks display. Local hotel packages are also expected to be made available to fans and competitors in the coming days.
Located just 30 miles from Niagara Falls at 57 Gunnville Rd, Lancaster, New York International Raceway Park is home to the half-mile Lancaster Speedway asphalt oval as well as an 1/8-mile drag strip featuring IHRA sanctioned drag racing.
Racing since 1959, the speedway has a rich history that has seen winners that include some of the all-time greats of NASCAR Modified racing like Maynard Troyer, Richie Evans, Jerry Cook, Geoff Bodine, Tony Hirschman, Rick Fuller, Mike McLaughlin and Reggie Ruggiero.
