Texas Two-Step: Short Track Super Series Cajun Region Makes First Lone Star State Stop August 21
ENNIS, TX – Short Track Super Series, welcome to Texas.
For the first time in history, the growing Bob Hilbert Sportswear Short Track Super Series (STSS) Fueled By Sunoco Cajun Region heads west to the Lone Star State on Saturday, August 21, visiting Big O Speedway in Ennis, Texas.
Big O Speedway, located on the outskirts of Dallas, is a 5/16ths-mile clay oval operated by promoter Jim Moon.
The series will make two stops at the Big O with a second appearance planned for Saturday, September 18.
The STSS Cajun Region has competed solely in the state of Louisiana during its 2021 inaugural season. Big O becomes the first Texas facility to welcome the series’ Day Motor Sports point series.

Next up for the series is an event at Chatham (La.) Speedway on July 24 (postponed by rain from July 17). The month of July concludes with a race at Thunder Valley Speedway in Glenmora, La., July 31.
