Porsche implements drop a round rules for 2021 Carrera Cup Australia season
State travel restrictions see introduction of drop a round rule for Mobil Pro class
Due to the COVID-19 related travel restrictions that were in place during Round 3 of the Porsche Paynter Dixon Carrera Cup Australia Championship, Porsche Cars Australia (PCA) has invoked the drop a round rule for the Mobil Pro Class.
As usual, competitors in the Morris Finance Pro-Am Class of the series continue to have access to drop a round rule for the 2021 season.
All results posted on the Porsche Carrera Cup Australia website (carrreracup.com.au) from this point forward will reflect the Championship Points Standings based on each Competitor’s worst round being dropped.
