2022 Race Season Taking Shape at Riverside Speedway & Adventure Park
The picture is becoming clearer as informational meetings continue to be held for racing divisions at Riverside Speedway & Adventure Park in Groveton, New Hampshire. Another round of meetings was held this past Sunday at the popular North Country Family Restaurant. This week’s meetings featured the 6/8 cylinder Bone Stock rules and the Street Stock class. Several new faces were amongst the crowd which was a welcome sight for Track officials.
First on the agenda was a discussion on the 6/8 Bone Stock rules. Everything from motors to suspensions was taken into consideration and several grey areas in the current rulebook were clarified and sorted out to allow better races and more cars into the class for 2022. As was the meetings that were held the prior week, all bantering was respectful and a lot was covered in a short time.
The Street Stock division took up the brunt of the meeting as this class is a lot more technical. After lengthy discussions, several changes were implemented with hopes of several new cars joining the field for 2022. The best part of both meetings was the proposed changes were not going to break the race team’s budgets.
The final rulebooks will be published and made available in the very near future.
