Sponsorship Opportunities Available For Whitcomb 5 Series

GW Promotional Group is bringing the Whitcomb 5 Series to four New Hampshire short tracks in 2022 – with big money and extra laps on the line for the NHSTRA Modified division. With five races set to begin in May and end in September, the events are spread throughout the summer with one per month – in order to keep fans engaged and drivers prepared for battle.

The purse structures for the races include winning prizes of at least $4,000 at all five races, and $5,000 for three of the five events. A championship points program is also involved – with the champion set to leave the series with a minimum of $10,000. There are so many different aspects of the series that are attracting drivers and fans alike – with more than 15 drivers already registered.

As the season draws closer, now just about a month away, GW Promotional Group is offering sponsorship opportunities for businesses who are interested. There are countless chances to become part of specific events – or any of the parts of the series – and all of them together are going to make it engaging for race fans and teams.

The autograph book and race day program books will both be available at the track for fans. Especially for the autograph sessions at each event, the autograph book will include photos of each driver and a short biography of them, for those who have registered. The race day program will have information on the series, sponsors, and more.

If you wish to sponsor either of the books and get your name into the hands of the fans, email jessica@gwpromotional.com for more information. Drivers are encouraged to send in their entries to the Whitcomb 5 Series, but also email their photos and biography in order to make the autograph book. The deadline to make the book before print is April 4 at 3PM. No late entries will be accepted. Drivers can register for the series today by visiting the following link:  https://fb.jotform.com/220255160368047?fbclid=IwAR0FVMUUnM8kyTUUz8LJCqHveykyfTJie2h1wvZ-ahbezx3F4UmTowjO5Kk.

On top of the two books, the Kids Zone will be a highlight of race day at the track. Businesses can become the title sponsor of the Kids Zone if they are interested. The Kids Zone will include coloring contests, a sandbox, free passes as part of giveaways to multiple different businesses, and more. Additional information about the Kids Zone will be released closer to the first event – but businesses should not wait if they want to be part of the fun. Don’t miss your opportunity to get out into the hands of those who could become your future customers! Email jessica@gwpromotional.com for more information on the Kids Zone sponsorships today.

GW Promotional Group is also completing podcasts – both away from the track as a preview and recap of events – and also the at-track podcast from each race. GW Promotional Group has partnered with Flat Face Media to help distribute the podcasts through various podcast locations. Businesses could sponsor the podcast as a whole or specific segments. Email gregg@gwpromotional.com for more information.

GW Promotional Group would also like to welcome Silver Screen Design as the official apparel partner of the Whitcomb 5 Series. They will be producing t-shirts, tank tops, hats, and more for fans to purchase at the track, or online, at gwpromotinal.com, where products are currently available. Based in Greenfield, Massachusetts, you can visit Silver Screen Design online at SilverScreenDesign.com.

The Whitcomb 5 Series begins at Monadnock Speedway on May 1 with the Whitcomb Classic 125, and continues on Friday, June 17 at Claremont Motorsports Park. On Friday, July 15, Lee USA Speedway hosts round three of the series – on the same night where NASCAR Cup Series stars Tyler Reddick and Corey LaJoie will compete there with the Granite State Pro Stock Series. The final two events of the Whitcomb 5 Series will take place at Hudson Speedway on August 14 and Monadnock Speedway on September 16-17.
