LOUDON, NH-  Justin Allgaier took down the win in Saturday’s Crayon 200 NASCAR Xfinity Series race at the New Hampshire Motor Speedway.  It was the first victory for JR Motorsports here at the Magic Mile.  Allgaier led 47 out of the final 49 laps. The last half of the 200 lap race saw six cautions for 38 laps.  It is Allgaier’s 19th win in the NASCAR Xfinity Series.

“We finished second last year, and I told the guys this week I wanted to win,” Allgaier said. “I just felt like all day I wasn’t doing a good job. It takes a team, and the guys kept me calm and gave me good pit stops.”

Trevor Bayne finished the race in second.

“This is the second time I’ve run second to him in two races,” Bayne said. “On the restarts, it was chaos – people missing shifts and putting you four-wide. If we could get there, I felt like we had a chance. It used to be ‘second is a great day,’ but we’ve been knocking on the door so much, we just want a win.”

Noah Gragson and Landon Cassill failed post-race inspection and were disqualified. Brandon Brown finished third. Jeremy Clements finished fourth and Sheldon Creed rounded out the top five. Sixth through tenth were, Ty Dillon, Austin Hill, Kyle Weatherman, Mason Massey, and Bayley Currey.

Derek Griffith finished in 20th.

There were nine cautions for 56 laps. Ryan Sieg won Stage 1 and William Byron won Stage 2.  There were 15 lead changes among 10 drivers.
