Double Dose of Star Speedway Racing To Include Double 350 Supers Features & Street Stock Special Friday; $10,000 To Win Open Modifieds & Granite State Pro Stock Series 100 on Saturday
(June 27, 2023) — The Place to Race, Star Speedway in Epping, New Hampshire, has a special night of racing scheduled for this Friday, June 30th, with double features including the Marco Turcotte Memorial for the northeast’s fastest weekly racing division, the 350 Supermodifieds.
Kicking off the night’s program with a scheduled race start time of 7 p.m. will be the first of the two scheduled 40-lap feature events for the Supermodifieds. Also on the nights schedule will be the Woody’s Auto Street Stocks, which is a MLM Diagnostics Fast 40 presented by CATCO feature event and the Six Shooters and Pure Stocks both running 20-lap features.
Pit gates are scheduled to open for members, and pit pay users at 4:30PM, and at 4:45PM for all others. Pit admission will be $30 for members, and $35 for non members. Practice will begin at 5:30PM, with general admission opening at the same time, while admission will be $15 for adults, $12 for Sr/Jr/military and kids 11 and under are free of charge.
Star Speedway will also be in action Saturday, July 1st, with the GSPSS in town for 100 laps of full-fendered action. The Open Modifieds will also be part of Saturday’s program with $10,000 going to the winner of the main event. The NELCAR Legends and Bandoleros will also be on the docket for Saturday, making their second Star Speedway appearance of 2023. The Six Shooters will be back in action as well for a second consecutive night, although Saturday’s race will be non-points.
