Steve Krupski Memorial Cup for the 350 Supers This Friday at Star Part of Full Racing Card

(August 2, 2023) — Star Speedway kicks off August honoring “The Mayor of Epping”, Steve Krupski, with the Krupski Cup race for the 350 Supermodifieds this Friday night at Star.

Stevie was a fixture for decades at not only Star, but many of the New Hampshire short tracks, where he served in multiple roles including heading the track crew at Star for many years.

Also on the Friday night docket will be the Woody’s Auto Street Stocks in another round of their MLM Fast 40 presented by CATCO, the 2 To Go Show Six Shooters, MLM Diagnostic Pure Stocks, who will be running double features to make up for a previously rained out event, and the Mighty Trucks.

Friday nights racing program is set to begin at 6:30PM with the Pure Stock make up feature scheduled to be out on track first. Practice for Friday’s racing will begin at 4:45PM with grandstands opening at 4:30PM.

General admission will be $15 for adults, $12 for Sr/Jr and Military, kids 11 and under will be free. Pit gates are set to open up at 3:30PM for Star members and Pit Pay App customers, gates will open at 3:45PM for all others, with pit admission being $30 for Star members and $35 for Non members.
