1 MONTH ALERT: Super DIRTcar Series Targets Massive Cavalcade Cup Weekend at Weedsport on Sept. 10
WEEDSPORT, NY (Aug. 10, 2023) – Weedsport Speedway will present Super DIRTcar Series competitors one more chance to score $10,000 and a Super DIRT Week guaranteed starting spot during the Cavalcade Cup Weekend on Sept. 10.
It’ll be the Series’ third visit to the state-of-the-art 3/8-mile track this year, joined by the DIRTcar Sportsman Series for the Sportsman Classic.
Mat Williamson won the first two Series races of the year at Weedsport Speedway and locked himself into Super DIRT Week 51’s Billy Whittaker Cars 200 with his latest win. Another driver will do the same at the end of the 100-lap venture on Sunday. Last year, that was Larry Wight, while picking up his third Series win at the track.
Continuing to enhance the fan experience, Weedsport will have a vast midway with music, merchandise and an array of food options.
