Burns Goes Back to Back for First Two Pro Stock Wins
SEEKONK, Mass. — Jacob “Rowdy” Burns is wasting no time showing a new division isn’t going to slow him down. Burns jumped out front quickly in Saturday’s 60-lap Pro Stock feature, taking the lead in the first round of the Everett’s Auto Parts Triple Crown Series.
One week after capturing his first career Pro Stock win in his second start, Burns put together a perfect repeat performance.
The Late Model standout did double-duty again on NASCAR Saturday and ended the night by winning the extra-distance Pro Stock special and locking himself into the Triple Crown finale in August.
Colbey Fournier rebounded from trouble the week before to finish a strong second after leading laps. Mark Jenison, a two-time champion, finished third. Defending champion Dylan Estrella and Vinnie Arrenegado, who had to pit during the middle of the feature, charged back through to finish in fifth.
Bobby Pelland III, Mike Brightman, Nick Lascuola, Daryl Stampfl and Andrew Gomes finished the top-10.
The Pro Stocks will be back on the track on Saturday, June 7 at 6PM for another feature event. For all of the latest Seekonk Speedway news, follow the track on social media. For the most up to date information and ticket sales, visit SeekonkSpeedway.com.
Pettey Holds Off Lambert to Win Helger’s Sportsman Triple Crown Round One
SEEKONK, Mass. — Adam Pettey, the defending champion in the Helger’s Sportsman, was back in Victory Lane on Saturday night. After finishing on the podium the first two weeks, the first round of the Everett’s Auto Parts Triple Crown Series proved to be the night for him to break through to glory.
Pettey held off a hard charge from Jeremy Lambert to take his first win of the young season. The driver of the No. 57, much like Lambert, chased up through the field quickly and then battled it out to the finish.
Lambert finished a strong second, with Scott Serydynski Jr and Colby Lambert in third and fourth after their own battle. Ed Perry finished a strong fifth. Cody Moreau, Josh Gerard, Nick Wood, Nick Brightman and Jimmy “Pepe” Silvia finished the top-10.
Pettey, Serydynski and both Lambert brothers have been top-five in all three events so far in 2025.

Rose, Lebrun Slugfest Ends With Rose on Top in Late Models
SEEKONK, Mass. — The battle to the finish of Saturday’s 30-lap NASCAR Advance Auto Parts Late Model feature at Seekonk Speedway once again kept fans on the edge of their seats. Luke LeBrun and Charlie Rose duked it out over the final half of the race, and before a caution with just three laps to go, it looked like LeBrun was going to be in control for his second win in the first three races.
But, the late caution gave Rose the opportunity he needed.
On the restart with three laps to go, Rose on the bottom, LeBrun on the top, fans were cheering wildly as the two battled it out. In the final corner, they made a little bit of contact, but it was Rose who came out on top, edging LeBrun at the line for his first win of the season. Rose had a mechanical failure leading week one, finished second after leading many laps in week two, and won in week three.
LeBrun would hang on for second, still a strong run for him. After winning the week before, Jacob “Rowdy” Burns brought the No. 30 home in third, with Andrew Gomes and points leader Chase Belcher rounding out the top-five.
Mark Jenison finished sixth, followed by Richie Murray, Connor Souza, Tyler Lallier and Ryan Souliere.
The Late Models will be back on the track on Saturday, May 31 at 6PM for another feature event. That will be round one of their Everett’s Auto Parts Triple Crown Series, set for 45 laps. Martin Grabs His First Win of the Year in the Sport Trucks
SEEKONK, Mass. — Radical Rick Martin continues to win into his 51st season behind the wheel. The driver of the No. 14 jumped out front early in Saturday’s NASCAR Advance Auto Parts Sport Truck feature and never looked back, holding off a hard-charging Jake Vanada to take his first win of the season.
In his quest to add a ninth driver’s championship to his resume in 2025 at Seekonk, Martin had a solid week one on the podium, but failed to finish week two after a wreck. This week, he made it back to the top.
Vanada finished a close second, breaking a streak of rather tough luck to start the year. Mike Cavallaro continued his podium streak with a third-place finish, as the former champion has now been on the podium in all three races. Tim Bolger Jr & Darryl Church rounded out the top-five.
Amy Helger, Ethan Heilborn, Dane Saritelli, Lenny Guy, and DJ Thibeault rounded out the top-10.
The Sport Trucks will be back on the track on Saturday, May 31 at 6PM for another feature event, set for 25 laps. For all of the latest Seekonk Speedway news, follow the track on social media. For the most up-to-date information and ticket sales, visit SeekonkSpeedway.com.
