NASCAR Points, $4,000 to win for Modifieds Wednesday, April 12 at Delaware International

After a rousing debut last Friday night, Delaware International Speedway roars back into action on Wednesday, April 12 with a midweek program of stock car racing headlined by a $4,000-to-win Millman’s NAPA Auto Parts Modified feature offering points toward the NASCAR Advance Auto Parts Weekly Series.
Modifieds go 30 laps around the Delmar half-mile oval for the 4k payday in the second event of 2023 for the division.
Notably, NASCAR points will be on the line toward the state, track, regional and national standings.
Matt Sheppard of Savannah, N.Y., invaded and put his name in the history books with his NASCAR-sanctioned Millman’s NAPA Auto Parts victory on March 31.
The Hovis RUSH Late Model Series invades for Night No. 1 of the ‘Battle of the Bay’ offering a robust $3,000 payday for a 30-lap main.
The ‘Battle of the Bay’ features four nights of RUSH-sanctioned Late Model racing starting at Delaware International (Wednesday), neighboring Georgetown Speedway (Thursday), Md.’s Potomac Speedway (Friday) and Va.’s Winchester Speedway (Saturday).
Little Lincolns, Delaware Super Trucks and Delmarva Chargers complete the program.
Ticket Booth No. 1 will open at 3 p.m. for early pit admission.
Gates open at 4:30 p.m., with hot laps at 6:20 p.m. and racing at 7:15 p.m.
Adult admission is $25, with a $20 Senior (ages 65 and up) and Student (ages 13-17) price, $10 for Kids (ages 9-12) and Children 8 and under FREE.
Pit Admission is $40, $35 for NASCAR Members, $10 for Kids (ages 6-12) and $2 for Children ages 5 and under.
All Delaware International events in 2023 will be broadcast live on FloRacing (www.floracing.tv) with the $150 annual subscription.
