Modified Tour Postponed at Monadnock
Rain Forecast Pushes Monadnock 200 to Sunday
Daytona Beach, FL — The Monadnock 200 NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour race scheduled for Saturday, June 25 at Monadnock Speedway has been postponed to Sunday, June 26 due to the inclement weather forecast.
The adjusted schedule will now see the Whelen Modified Tour practice from 12-1 p.m., qualify at 2 p.m. and take the green flag at approximately 4:30 p.m. at the quarter-mile bullring in rural Winchester, N.H.
The Monadnock 200 will be the fourth race of the 2011 Whelen Modified Tour season. Each of the three races have produced different winners and Rowan Pennink brings a 51-point lead in the season standings to Monadnock. Ted Christopher is the defending winner of the Monadnock 200.
