Penalty Announced from August 2nd CARQUEST 150 NASCAR Whelen All-American Series Program at Stafford Motor Speedway
Stafford Springs, CT — Stafford Motor Speedway has announced the following penalty following the running of the August 2nd CARQUEST 150 NASCAR Whelen All-American Series feature events.
Fran Siana, driver of the No. 54 DARE Stock, has been penalized for a rules violation committed this past Friday at Stafford Motor Speedway.
Siana has been penalized from his fourth place finish in the 15-lap DARE Stock feature and placed to last (17th) and fined 18 points for violating rule 20E-5.10 Carburetor (Unapproved Carburetor Parts) of the 2013 NASCAR Whelen All-American Series DARE Stock rulebook.
The violation was discovered in post-race inspection following the DARE Stock feature on Friday, August 2nd.
