Sunoco Returns to SpeedwayEXPO as Presenting Sponsor

Salisbury, MA — SpeedwayEXPO is pleased to announce the return of Sunoco as the event’s presenting sponsor. The agreement was forged through Mike Joy and John Holland, co-owners of New England Racing Fuel, supplier of Sunoco racing gas and products to area racers.

Joy, NASCAR on FOX’s play-by-play anchor, began his announcing career at Riverside Park Speedway, which will be a big part of the coming SpeedwayEXPO. Joy said, “New England Racing Fuel and the Sunoco brand are really excited to help SpeedwayEXPO grow into the kind of pre-season, must-attend event that we all remember. Our title sponsorship will remind casual race fans of EXPO each time they pump their gas at participating stations.”

Holland added, “We are committed to local and touring racing in New England and we’re very glad that racers and fans will again have a weekend event to gather, meet drivers, see race cars and celebrities and get information for the coming season.” In addition to their involvement with New England Racing Fuel, both Holland and Joy also have participated in New England racing as competitors.
