Racecar driver Peter ‘B’ Portante has joined LinktoEXPERT
St. Petersburg, FL-– Racecar driver Peter Portante has joined LinktoEXPERT. Challenging his peers since age five, and drivers of every age since turning 16, Portante has become an Expert.
Racing within the cadre of Mazda’s Road to Indy, Portante’s aim is to one-day compete at the top, IndyCar. Although Portante nicknamed Peter ‘B,’ laughs at the ‘Expert’ tag, a quick look at his achievements shows otherwise.
“I do work hard every day,” revealed the Plainville, Connecticut resident, “whether it’s for improving my ability inside or outside the racecar. It is a never-ending commitment. But an expert?”
“Most anyone can practice their trade behind closed doors,” reasoned Portante, out of sight able to modify and adjust. As drivers, we don’t get that luxury. Thousands of at-track spectators and millions more through TV and other media see every move we make, right or wrong.
“I don’t think you’ll ever hear any driver boasting of being an expert – but I’m proud to be one at LinktoEXPERT.”
Portante has come to LinktoEXPERT to build his worth and elevate his rank within the marketplace. By leveraging the many contacts within the LinktoEXPERT Community, Peter ‘B’ and his supporters are working to find the necessary partnerships and funding for his next step.
“Mr. Raducha introduced me to Joanne Weiland of LinktoEXPERT at this year’s St. Petersburg event. After returning home, I began reviewing what we discussed. We’re now working to carry out our plan.”
Hired to drive for Arms-Up Motorsports for the 2013 SCCA Nationals, Portante secured the win becoming the youngest champion in history. Staying on with the team for the Cooper Tires USF2000 Series in 2014, Portante challenged for wins in every event.
For the 2015 season, ‘B’ is looking to stay in USF2000 or advance to the Pro-Mazda Championship series. The 2015 season will open with his third appearance at the Firestone Grand Prix of St. Petersburg in mid-March.
“Being a racing driver is everything I’ve ever wanted,” continued Portante. My mom had a ride in a racecar when she was pregnant, and I’m guessing (or so I like to think) it was my big motivation. I love everything about it, including working with our partners, which is why I am excited to be a part of LinktoEXPERT.”
When CEO Joanne Weiland met Portante and the Arms-Up Team at the Firestone Grand Prix, not only was she impressed by the speed of the racecars but of the work ethic within the organization.
“It is amazing how therapeutic a few hours of relief from life at 55 mph can feel,” marveled Weiland. This racing is so much more than left hand turns!
“Everyone knows how much I believe in LinktoEXPERT’s strength at building personal Brands. Auto racing is also a very powerful shop window. Involvement with Peter’s racing will give our members added value and abilities not found in any other media.”
Recognizing the portal’s ability, Portante will also use LinktoEXPERT to increase the exposure and brand identity of affiliates and sponsors involved. The program will work hard to intensify the value available to LinktoEXPERT members.
For 2015 the LinktoEXPERT identity will ride-along on the cars Portante races throughout the season; delivering the LinktoEXPERT identification to well-over 30 million viewers.
Weiland continued, “We’re working on agendas which will allow LinktoEXPERT member businesses to also be emblazoned on Peter’s car. The possibilities are open and endless for Experts and their businesses to be included. For those who are interested they only need to inquire and we can demonstrate the amazing value available to us all.”
Founded in 2007, LinktoEXPERT’s mission is to join Experts who can collaborate to implement their ideas. Professionals are able to showcase their unique solutions and programs instantly to key decision makers around the globe.
