Former K&N Pro Series East Star Tracy Gordon to Race in Twisted Tea Firecracker 151

GROVETON, NH – Tracy Gordon will be back behind the wheel of a Pro Stock this weekend, as the Granite State Pro Stock Series travels to Speedway 51 (NH), on July 4.

The twelve-time K&N Pro Series East feature winner will pilot the Alphacon/WDW Machine ride, normally driven by Matt Frahm.

Even though Gordon has not been behind the wheel in over a year, the Maine driver is confident to be back in the driver’s seat, saying “I think it will be just like taking a winter off.  The Frahm’s are a well-prepared team, and I am confident going into the event.”

Dave Frahm, Matt’s father, used to sponsor Gordon over ten years ago on the K&N Pro Series East (then called Busch Grand National North), and have been friends for fifteen years.  Frahm is excited for Gordon to jump in their car, as Matt was an admirer of Gordon’s career as a youngster.

Gordon goes on to say “Matt is a great driver, and I think the outcome would be the same if he were in the car.  I’m really excited for the opportunity.”

Matt Frahm will fulfill spotting duties for Gordon at Speedway 51, where Gordon has had some success.  Calling it one of his favorite tracks, Gordon has two memorable second place finishes at the northern New Hampshire facility, one with the American-Canadian Tour (ACT), and another with the Pro All Star Series (PASS).  Gordon has two wins in each of those series, outside of Speedway 51.
