Rain Forces Cancellation of Super DIRTcar Series Highbank Holdup 100; Fulton Speedway Back In Action Saturday, May 5
FULTON, NY – Unfortunately, due to saturated grounds and more rain in the forecast, the Super DIRTcar Series has canceled tonight’s event at Fulton Speedway. With safety being the number one priority, Super DIRTcar Series officials and track personnel were forced to call off the race.
The Super DIRTcar Series will resume racing on Wednesday, May 16th at Bridgeport Speedway in Bridgeport, NJ for the Battle at the Bridge. For ticket and event information, visit www.BPSpeedway.com.
The Series is will award its first championship points of the season at Bridgeport Speedway. From there Big-Block Modifieds travel to Weedsport Speedway for the Heroes Remembered 100, the first Super DIRT Week qualifier race of 2018.
The Fulton Speedway will be back in action Saturday, May 5 when Ferris Mowers presents a night of fast, family affordable, fun racing. Adult grandstand admission $12, everyone 18 years old and younger FREE. Pit is $27-member, $30 non-member. Grandstand opens at 5:00 with racing at 7:00.
Doing battle on the ‘Highbanks’ will be the DIRTcar 358 Modifieds, SUNY Canton DIRTcar Sportsman, Billy Whittaker Cars & Trux Late Models and E&V Energy Novice Sportsman.
