Rain forces cancellation of Fast Friday Series

Seekonk, MA –For the third time in four weeks, a mid-afternoon shower and the threat of heavy thunderstorms forced Seekonk Speedway management to pull the plug on yet another Fast Friday show.

With the Valvoline Independence Day Celebration next weekend, the Fast Friday Series will take a break. The Fast Friday Series returns on July 10, when the NEMA Lites join the Pure Stocks, Seekonk Youth Racing Association, and the all new Sport4’s for their second event as part of the Fast Friday Series. The Pure Stocks will run on the Valvoline Thrill Show on July 5th.
