Bullring Bash Announces Key Staff Members For 2019 Events

Attleboro, MA (December 18, 2018) — The Bullring Bash Quarter Mile Challenge will benefit from some of the most experienced names in Modified and Legends racing in New England joining its team for 2019. The three-event promotion will feature the expertise of some of the most talented personnel in the region, bringing together decades of racing experience to put on the greatest possible shows at White Mountain Motorsports Park and Thunder Road International Speedbowl this summer.

“Our goal for the Bullring Bash Quarter Mile Challenge is to put on the most extraordinary events in New England, and doing that requires the most extraordinary people,” said Bullring Bash founder Josh Vanada. “We’ve brought together a group of personnel who strike the perfect balance between running a highly professional show and making racing fun. Many of our staff members have worked together for years, if not decades, and that rapport will help us deliver the best possible experience for racers and fans alike!”

John Kelly will join the Bullring Bash as Technical Director. Kelly has extensive experience as a technical inspector in Modified, Legends, and Late Model competition, working as a technical inspector on the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour and serving as the head Legends and Late Model inspector at Thompson Speedway Motorsports Park. Kelly is also a national East Coast official and New England regional tech inspector for US Legends Cars.

“I’m excited to be the Technical Director for the Bullring Bash Quarter Mile Challenge,” said Kelly. “I’m here to enhance the racing experience for the drivers and teams to have fair and fun competition! I’m looking forward to seeing everyone at the track!”

Jenn Ready will also join the Bullring Bash as Director of Timing and Scoring. Ready started scoring at Seekonk Speedway in 1983 at only 12 years old, and has well over three decades of scoring experience throughout New England and the East Coast. In her career, she has worked in timing and scoring, handicapping, race director, starter, and tech roles.

“I’m looking forward to Bullring Bash because I love this crew!” said Ready. “I’ve worked with this format in the past and I enjoy it. It also eliminates some of the issues that series in New England are experiencing.”
