NASCAR Whelen All-American Banquet Returns To Las Vegas

Daytona Beach, FL — The culmination of the 2008 NASCAR Whelen All-American Series season will take place at the Rio All-Suite Hotel in Las Vegas Friday, Nov. 7.

The NASCAR Whelen All-American Series champion will be crowned at the banquet. Track champions from across the United States and Canada, and U.S. state and Canadian provincial champions will also be honored, as well as special award winners.

Last season, Steve Carlson from LaCrosse (Wisc.) Speedway claimed his first national championship in the 26th year of the NASCAR Whelen All-American Series.

The Rio All-Suite Hotel offers guests a unique all suite hotel experience. Complete with 2,563 all suite hotel rooms, the property overlooks the famous Las Vegas Strip. The Rio offers 16 dining outlets and an assortment of showrooms, lounges, retail outlets, and night clubs.
