Waterford Speedbowl Unveils Tenative 2009 Schedule
As 2008 comes to an end, the Waterford Speedbowl has released a tenative 2009 schedule. An expanded schedule that will include touring series dates, event sponsors and special appreciation nights will be forthcoming. The track’s status with the NASCAR Whelen All-American Series is not finalized for 2009.
A rules meeting for the the Wild N’ Wacky divisions will take place on Tuesday January 6th, 2009 at 6:30 PM at the Groton Inn and Suites. All X-Modified, Super X and X-car teams are encouraged to attend!
The Groton Inn and Suites will also be the location for the Speedbowl’s 2008 Awards Banquet on January 10th. The cocktail hour beings at 6PM with dinner at 7PM. Entertainment will last until 1PM. Limited seating is still available and tickets may be purchased through January 5th. Credit Card orders should be faxed to 860-437-7444 or email info@thebowlisback.com.
