Allison Legacy North Releases Tenative 2009 Schedule
Newburgh, NY — The ALNRS releases the Tentative 2009 Race Schedule. Series Director Michael A. Vasquez, Sr. as been finalizing the schedule for the last several weeks. Michael stated that 12 of the 14 race have been confirmed. We are currently trying to finalize a return to the Waterford Speedbowl in 2009 stated Michael. We are hoping to once again kick off our season at the Budweiser Modified Nationals at Waterford as we have done for the past few seasons prior to 2008 stated Michael.
Also for the first time the North schedule will include a 75 Lap Blue/Grey Shooutout to be held on June 27 at the Orange County Speedway in Rougemont, NC. With the race being a points race for the North Series Drivers the field would most likely have well over thirty Legacy cars.The Tentative 2009 ALNRS Schedule:
