On Time Accounting of Feeding Hills, MA Offering Stafford Speedway Teams Unique Money Making Program; Rejoins Contingency Program

Stafford Springs, CT — On-Time Accounting (OTA) of Feeding Hills, MA joined the Stafford Motor Speedway Contingency Program for the very first time in 2014.  With the 2014 season completed, On-Time Accounting has announced it will rejoin the contingency program in the Limited Late Model Division as a third place sponsor for the 2015 season, contributing a $50 bonus each week to the third place finisher.

But that Limited Late Model contingency won’t be the only bonus that On-Time Accounting will be contributing during the 2015 season.  On-Time Accounting has announced that they have instituted a unique “Racing Bucks” program that is available to all Stafford Motor Speedway Racing teams.

The way the “Racing Bucks” program will work is simple.  A Stafford Motor Speedway team refers a business to On-Time Accounting to handle the bookkeeping and accounting needs for that business or company.  Once they have been referred to them, OTA will send teams a bonus check for 10% of the referred company’s monthly billing.  So, for example, if ABC team refers XYZ Company to OTA, OTA will send the ABC team 10% each month of their billing to XYZ Company.  If XYZ Company has $2,000 in monthly billing, ABC team will receive a check for $200 once OTA has been paid by XYZ Company.  Stafford teams can refer as many teams as they wish to OTA.  The “Racing Bucks” will not only be paid out to teams during the racing season but year-round, as long as the company is a client of OTA.

“Our “Racing Bucks” Program is a triple win,” said Mike Margiotta, owner of On-Time Accounting.  “It’s a win for the race team getting an innovative way to obtain sponsorship in an economy in which sponsorship is difficult to come by.  It’s a win for the client that we will be serving – most companies need the services of an accountant, so why not let On-Time Accounting provide these services, and they’ll get some added exposure from us by being listed on our website and our Facebook page.  And it’s also a win for the track, because with the “Racing Bucks” that we’ll be giving back to teams, we can hopefully increase car counts and get more teams out on the track every Friday night.  This bonus program is good for the life of our relationship with a referred client.  There are so many programs out there that have so many different caveats, so we didn’t want to make things hard for the teams.  We kept it plain vanilla and simple, so everyone wins,” he said.

Margiotta is excited about offering this program to not only help the track and the drivers, but also because of his lifelong passion for the sport.

“Racing has been a very important part of my life, and I feel strongly about being able to give back to the racing community and help teams and drivers do what they do best.  I really enjoy being able to be an active part of racing programs,” he said.

Based in Feeding Hills, MA, Margiotta established On Time Accounting in 2006.  The company offers complete accounting services locally, regionally and nationally in the areas of accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, taxes, and credit and collections.  With over 25 years of experience, OTA’s specialty is serving small- to mid-size firms, including new business start-ups.  OTA can be found online at www.on-time-accounting.com , and their Facebook page can be found atwww.facebook.com/pages/On-Time-Accounting/152109364875594.

The company offers specialized services that go far beyond simple tax preparation.

“Everyone thinks of accountants when they do their taxes, but we do so much more than that for our clients,” said Margiotta.  “We help clients set up their QuickBooks, we handle bookkeeping, and we can even perform the duties of a full or part time controller, January through December,” he said.

Teams can refer businesses and clients to On-Time Accounting, who will sit down with them and discuss their specific accounting and business needs.  If a client decides to use OTA, the team will be enrolled in the OTA “Racing Bucks” program and will begin to receive monthly bonus payments.

The first On Time Accounting Limited Late Model Contingency Award of the 2015 season will be given out during the 44th Annual NAPA Auto Parts Spring Sizzler Weekend on April 24-26.
