Jesse Little Partners with LMR for 2015

2013 K&N Rookie of the Year Joins Stable of Top Young Talent

Mooresville, North Carolina – Team Little Racing and Larry McReynolds Racing announced today a technical alliance for driver Jesse Little, the 2013 NKNPS Rookie of the Year and member of the NASCAR Next program.  The technical alliance will provide Team Little with LMR shop personnel, as well as engineering and technical support for Little’s NKNPS team in 2015.

“From the very beginning we have been clear that our mission at LMR is to identify and attract the best young drivers in NASCAR and then surround them with the sponsors, people and technical support that they need to succeed,” said LMR team owner and FOX analyst Larry McReynolds, “not only do we believe that Jesse is one of the top young talents in our sport, but I have no doubt that this partnership will give Jesse the opportunity to show NASCAR and its millions of fans worldwide just how good this young man is.”

Little, who captured his first career victory on the NKNPS last July at New Hampshire Motor Speedway after starting on the outside pole, continues his partnership with the NASCAR Technical Institute onboard the #97 Toyota as a sponsor for the upcoming season as well as engine supplier for both LMR and Team Little. “This is an exceptional opportunity for me and everyone involved in our program,” Little said. “To have someone the caliber of Larry McReynolds and his team approach us to join their efforts for 2015 is something we’re very excited about and I am looking forward to working with such a talented group.”
The partnership represents just one in a number of moves made by LMR since the conclusion of the 2014 season to begin to solidify its position as one of the hottest young emerging teams in NASCAR.  In addition to the Little Partnership, Matt Goslant, generally regarded as one of the most promising young minds in the sport, has joined the team as its general manager and competition director, where he will be responsible for all on-track assets of LMR ,including Nick Drake, driver of the #15 NAPA Auto Parts Toyota for Bill McAnally Racing East, which operates from the Mooresville, North Carolina based LMR shop under a similar alliance to Jesse Little, and NASCAR Next driver Brandon McReynolds.

“Since arriving at LMR I knew that Jesse was one of the top young drivers that I wanted to work during the offseason to bring over here,” said Goslant, “and now that that the partnership has been realized we are excited about the future successes that it will generate for both Jesse and our team.”
