2015 N.E. Street Stock Tour Season Preview

The N.E. Street Stock Tour will have their inaugural race this Sunday at the Lee USA Speedway in Lee, NH for a 35 lap feature event. It will be an exhibition event as they race with the North East Race Car And Parts Tri Track Open Modified Series and the North East Mini Stock Tour. The first points race will be held on Saturday May 30th at Seekonk Speedway.

The tour will have 10 events as they will travel all over New England. They will head to Speedway 51 in Groveton, NH for a 51 lap feature event on Saturday June 13th. They will head to Monadnock Speedway on Saturday night July 11th for a 50 lap race and then to Lee USA Speedway on Friday night July 31st as they will run a 50 lap feature. They will make a return to Speedway 51 on Saturday August 15th.

They will head to the New London-Waterford Speedbowl on Saturday night August 29th. They will make their debut on the road course for the Stock Car Challenge weekend at Thompson Speedway Motorsports Park on Friday and Saturday September 11th and 12th. They will run with the Mr. Rooter New England Truck Series, North East Mini Stock Tour, and the Thompson Speedway Motorsports Park Mini Stock division. Jim Boyle and Larry Barnett tested their cars at the N.E. Street Stock Tour on the road course at Thompson back on April 25th.

They will head to Speedway 95 for the Ikey Dorr Memorial on Saturday and Sunday October 3rd and 4th. The N.E. Street Stock Tour will wrap up their 2015 season at the World Series Of Racing at Thompson Speedway Motorsports Park in October.

On Sunday, the N.E. Street Stock Tour will have 10 lap qualifying heat races with a 35 lap feature event to follow after the 100 lap Northeast Race Cars and Parts Tri-Track Open Modified Series. Racing will kick off at 1:00 P.M.
