Boyle brings value to the walk, saying “My daughter, Amber Larson, and her husband, are very involved in the charity, therefore I support it in any way possible.  I spend hours at the walk, taking pictures with the kids, signing autographs, and the kids think it’s the greatest thing ever to have the opportunity to sit in a real race car.”

The Autism Speaks foundation began February 2005 by Suzanne and Bob Wright, former vice chairman of General Electric and Chief Executive Officer of NBC and NBC Universal.  The Wrights are grandparents of a child with autism, and have made a huge difference with the organization, raising more than $525 million, with most of the funding received going towards science and medical research.  More than 100 cities across North America, as well as 60 countries on five continents, are contributing towards international research, services and awareness. To donate towards Jim Boyle’s team, Chase’s Pit Crew, visit
