Lamb Edges Bean in Wake County Thriller
Raleigh, N.C………Chris Lamb of Greensboro, N.C. fought off the challenges of Jessica Bean to score a thrilling 35-lap feature victory in Friday night’s USAC Eastern Speed2 Midget race at Wake County Speedway. Bean finished second after leading 18 laps, including the white-flag lap. Fast qualifier Sam Hatfield was third ahead of Neal and Nolan Allison.
