2019 Seekonk Speedway Schedule Released

Seekonk Speedway is excited to announce the dates for its upcoming 2019 Race Season. The official schedule will be released next week with all of the Power 5 Dates and Triple Crown Dates as well as visiting touring series. The season will Kick off on the first weekend in May with the Classic Car Show on May 4th and Opening Day on Sunday, May 5th.

Fast Fridays returns featuring the South Coast Power Equipment Pure Stocks, Nicks Pitstop Legend Series, Seekonk Grand Prix Bandoleros and Sport Fours. The Fast Friday schedule has added two more points races to the schedule bringing the total to 16 events for 2019. The dates are as follows:

May 31 (Opening Night)

June 7,14, 21, 28

July 12, 19, 26

August 2, 9, 16, 23, 30

September 6, 13, 20 (Championship Night)

The NASCAR Whelen All American Series returns on Saturday Nights with Pro Stocks, Everetts Auto Parts late Models, South Coast Power Equipment Sportsman and Sport Trucks running 17 weekly events with the Pro Stocks getting June 1st off when the Modified Tour comes to town.

Saturday Night Dates are as follows:

May 5 (Opening Day), 11, 18

June 1, 8, 15, 22, 29

July 13, 20, 27

August 10, 17, 24

September 7, 14, 21(Championship Night)

The Tri-Track Open Wheel Modified series returns twice to Seekonk in 2019. The first visit is on the highlight of their series at the annual $10,000 Open Wheel Wednesday on June 26th  and the second visit is on The season-ending Haunted Hundred on October 26th.

The Speedway is excited once again to be the Home of the Phils Propane Triple Crown Series for all Friday and Saturday divisions and the return of the Power Five races for each Saturday Night division. That brings the total up to 8 extra distance/ extra money races for each NASCAR Division.

The Spectator Drag series will return in 2019 with a 10 race schedule highlighted on six Thrill Shows and 4 NASCAR events including opening day.
