Liam Talbot and Wash it Mobile Truck Washing Raise Awareness for Breast Cancer

Liam Talbot reveals new Gold Coast livery for his Wash it 911 GT3 Cup Car in support of breast cancer awareness

While Liam Talbot’s full focus will be on the Championship battle with TAG Heuer Pro-Am rivals Adrian Flack and Roger Lago on the Gold Coast this weekend. The Queenslander and his local sponsor Wash it Mobile Truck Washing has embarked on a noble charity initiative revealing a distinct Pink bubble livery on his Porsche 911 GT3 Cup Car at the Surfers Paradise circuit.

Ben Hennock founder of WASHIT Mobile Truck Washing, has pledged to donate one dollar to breast cancer awareness charity for every truck washed nationally by Wash it for the month of October

On unveiling the new livery, Hennock said, “The partnership with Liam and the exposure the Porsche PAYCE Carrera Cup Australia Championship provides sponsors like ourselves is great and it made sense to use the platform at the final race to get awareness for this new charity initiative.”

Wash it Mobile Truck Washing was founded in 2009, offering specialized washing services for warehouse and cold room cleaning as well as the washing of a range of industrial vehicles from prime movers, trailers and buses to containers and forklifts.

“We expect to donate in excess of $20 000 to breast cancer awareness by the end of October based on our customer database across the country.”

“We’ve always had bubbles feature in our corporate identity, shirts and vehicle designs and my wife made the suggestion to change them from blue to pink. People associate pink with breast cancer awareness so it made sense for us to launch the charity campaign using Liam’s revised livery at this race” Hennock continued.

Wash it is also planning to launch a prostate cancer awareness campaign in March next year, returning Talbot’s car to its signature blue.
