Holland, N.Y. – (March 13, 2020) – The high banks of Holland (N.Y.) International Speedway will roar to life on Saturday, August 29, 2020 with a huge night of racing, titled ‘Holland Nostaglia Night”. Holland Nostaglia night will bring the memories of the past to the forefront off-the-track as today’s Race of Champions family of Series make their own memories on-the-track.

The highlighted of the event of the evening will be the 48-lap Race of Champions Late Model Series race in honor of the late Rick Wylie. Wylie, is a Holland legend, with seven (7) track championships and 60 feature victories in the Late Model division at the speedway.

“This is going to be a great night for our family,” offered Scott Wylie of Blasdell, N.Y., Rick Wylie’s oldest son, who currently competes in the Race of Champions Modified and Sportsman Series and was the 2018 Sportsman Series champion. “We are looking forward to a great night at Holland, it’s where we spent our seasons for so many years. I love the track and I’m glad we have several opportunities to race there again this season.”

The Late Models will be joined by a 52-lap race for the Race of Champions Sportsman Modified Series, which will bring back the feature event total for the two divisions, to 100-laps in honor of the traditional “Bud 100” which was a Holland staple event for many years.

The Race of Champions Super Stock, T.Q. Midgets and Four Cylinder Dash Series will also join the card for the night.

In addition to the racing, former drivers, officials and media will be encouraged to attend the speedway for this night. FOAR Score Hall of Fame members will be admitted free while the FOAR Score club will also present the driver’s, officials reunion along with an autograph session.
