ACT Oxford Plains 150 Postponed to Sunday

Waterbury, VT —The American-Canadian Tour (ACT) Oxford Plains 150 that was scheduled for Saturday has been postponed to Sunday, August 30 at 10:00am due to a rainy forecast. Oxford Plains Speedway officials made the decision on Friday evening to help teams avoid unnecessary travel in the expected inclement weather.

The Oxford Plains 150 will now be part of a “Morning Before the 250” program that also features the Pro All Stars Series Modifieds and Oxford Street Stocks. The pits open at 6:00am with practice beginning at 8:00am. The first qualifying heat rolls out at 10:00am. A full revised scheduled will be posted at www.acttour.com.

Following the ACT feature, officials will clear the pits. Those with three-day or Sunday pit passes will be let back in at approximately 1:30pm for the originally scheduled Sunday event that includes the annual Oxford 250.

Fans can still order a live pay-per-view of the event on Speed51 TV. The broadcast costs $20 for the Sunday morning program alone or $50 for a full weekend viewing pass. Visit www.spee51.com/oxford250/ to learn more.
