Banner line up of events and sponsors for the 54TH consecutive season of racing

Bear Ridge Speedway “the fastest dirt track in Vermont” is hoping 2021 will be the year it will happen, as we once again are proud to announce a new event being added to the 2021 line up. DIRTcar Northeast is adding the VP Racing Fuels “East Region Series” for the DIRTcar Sportsman Modifieds. The Ridge will be hosting their event on May 15th. Promoters C.V. “Butch” and April May are very excited to be able to be a part of this series with the hosting of an event, and know that several of the Ridge drivers will be strong contenders for the overall championship of this series. For the 2021 sponsor line up “99ROCK wfrd” is back as Bear Ridge Speedway’s weekly racing series sponsor, Chris is very excited to be returning to the Ridge and looks forward to promoting the best weekly racing in the region! Along with the return of the series sponsor the following division sponsors are signing on once again: Sabil & Sons will be billed as the premier sponsor with their name waving on the DIRTcar Sportsman Modifieds. Sabil & Sons has had a long relationship with the Ridge, and is still proud to be the sponsor of the Old Timers race night and lap counter sponsor.

Wells River Chevrolet will be returning as the sponsor of our other premier division featured at the Ridge, the DIRTcar Sportsman Coupes. These two divisions will once again be sanctioned by DIRTcar and are setting up to offer some great racing action for the fans. Everyone knows that the Sportsman Coupes are the exclusive signature division of the Ridge, having been born and raised here, and we are looking forward to a strong car count once again in 2021. Mark your calendars for every Saturday night starting May 8th for the best dirt short track racing in New England!!

C.A. Miller will once again be sponsoring the Limited Late Models, LaValley Building Supply the Dirt Stocks, and Peanut’s Auto LLC returns as the sponsor of the Four Cylinder Division. Also on hand will be our other two regular divisions the USAC DMA Midgets and the 4/6 Cylinder Enduro Series, with visits from the Granite State Mini Sprints and the Sprint Cars of New England happening throughout the season.

Everyone is anxious to see the 2021 season, the Ridge’s 54th consecutive to kick into gear on May 8th, you will be able to hear April May and Butch as they join Stephen John once again for all the highlights of Bear Ridge Speedway from the week before and what is coming up every Friday morning from 6:45 to 7:00 on WYKR.

2021 driver and crew membership applications are now available on the website. Be sure to get yours sent in early to beat the lines on opening day, and to guaranty your number. All numbers are held until March 1st. To be eligible for the Bear Ridge Speedway points fund, and recognized at the annual awards banquet, drivers must hold a 2021 Bear Ridge Speedway or DIRTcar license, compete in the required number of events, and run on track designated tires as indicated in the rule book.

The price of a regular show general admission (front gate) ticket for adults (ages 17 to 61) is $12.00 a person and children 11 and under $2.00. Teens 12 to 16 and seniors 62 and older is $10.00. Military Discounts are available at $5.00 off for those with a valid ID.

The back gate (pit gate) ticket price for Bear Ridge Speedway and DIRTcar 2021 license holders is $30.00. Non-license holders is $35.00 (both prices include the front gate ticket.)

Bear Ridge Speedway is as an alcohol-free family-friendly entertainment spot, with our goal to make each experience at the Ridge better than the last. We continue to offer the best source of good inexpensive high-quality entertainment for families.

Visa and MasterCard are accepted. Racing begins at the famous “6:00-ish” start time every Saturday starting in May thru September.
