T. Moreshead Landscaping Joins Seekonk Speedway Sponsorship Program for 2021

SEEKONK, Mass. — Seekonk Speedway is pleased to announce that longtime supporter and avid race fans T. Moreshead Landscaping will be joining the sponsorship program at the Massachusetts third-mile for the 2021 season.

Currently based in Seekonk, Massachusetts, T. Moreshead Landscaping services the local Southern New England area with the latest in hardscape, from patios, to walkways, to retainer walls. Outside of that, T. Moreshead Landscaping also offers Bobcat, Backhoe service, land clearing, lawn maintenance, underground sprinklers, lawn seed or sod, design plantings and more. “I’ve been living in Seekonk for about 15 years and I’ve been going to Seekonk Speedway for many more years,” Tom Moreshead, owner of T. Moreshead Landscaping, said. “I remember the days of Ron Bouchard, Bugsy Stevens and others racing at Seekonk, all the way through the last few years, where my son raced. I’m looking to get more recognized by name in the industry, and look forward to partnering with Seekonk to help do that.”

Moreshead and his family are no strangers to racing, not only as fans, but even car owners, and drivers. Tom “TJ” Moreshead Jr., his son, competed in the Late Model division and on Fast Friday at Seekonk Speedway for multiple years. In 2013, Moreshead was crowned the champion of Seekonk’s Youth Racing Association 600 division. They have stepped away from owning and driving over the last few years, but are hoping to get back into it sometime soon.

“Racing is a huge commitment for a team,” Moreshead Sr. said. “I’ve been around for the best of years of racing and there will be more to come.”
