Travis Burroughs first time winner in the Peanuts Auto LLC Four Cylinders

The Sabil & Sons DIRTcar Sportsman Modifieds raced for over $10,000 in purse and lap money over three forty lap segments for their madness night. Jeremy Huntoon led the first segment to the green with his top number of laps sponsored, at the end of the forty laps Mike Ryan crossed the line first with Jason Gray crossing in second and Richie Simmons in third. Segment two was inverted from the first segment on track finish and at the end of the segment Jason Gray was first across the line with Robert Tucker second and James Fadden third. The third segment had a different winner with Jordan Fornwalt coming home first as Matt Lashua crossed in second and Richie Simmons in third. The overall top five for the night were Jason Gray, Richie Simmons, Matt Lashua, James Fadden and Max Dolliver® fifth.

Tad Kingsbury is only the second driver to score two wins in the Wells River Chevrolet DIRTcar Sportsman Coupes coming from deep in the pack to get the win. Matt Ellsworth made it to second place falling just short of another win, with the silver-haired legend Bob Shepard making it back to victory lane in third. Tom Placey and Brian Chaffee rounded out the top five.

The USAC DMA Midgets were off and will return to action 7/10/2021

The C.A. Miller Limited Late Models had a great field of cars thirteen strong, and the guy on top this week would be none other than John Neddo with his best finish of the year. Tyler Trembly joined him in victory lane in second and Todd Dunham in third. Matt Piper and Chad McAlpine rounded out the top five.

The LaValley Building Supply continue to grow in car count making it harder to get to the front to get the win. Lucas Wheeler was able to make it look easy as he made it to the front first for the fourth time this year. He beat out Mike Mann and Jess Dunham as they came across the line in second and third. Jacob Brown is scored in fourth with Mike McClay taking home fifth.

The first feature of Peanuts Auto LLC Four Cylinders had another first-time winner when Travis Burroughs crossed the line first with Taylor Sayers in second and Blake Buccellato in third. Haydon Bishop and Gregory Crews completed the top five. Jason Porter gets another win in the second feature with Kevin LaForest coming home in second and Bobby Bell in third. Devon Spinks and Pete West rounded out the top five.

The when at the Ridge WYKR Sprints Cars of New England see Scott Holcomb grabbing the win over Chris Donnelly in second and Matt Hoyt in third. Jordan Fornwalt doing double duty comes home fourth with Will Hull in fifth. The SCoNE machines will next be at the Ridge with the Empire State Sprints on July 24th.

The Sting Vintage Race Cars 4/6 Cylinder Enduro next event is scheduled for July 31st.

Regular admission pricing for July 17th for a general front gate ticket is $12.00 for adults (ages 17 to 61) $10.00 Teens 12 to 16 and seniors 62 and older and children 11 and under $2.00. Military Discounts are available at $2.00 off for those with a valid ID. The back gate (pit gate) ticket price for Bear Ridge Speedway and DIRTcar 2021 license holders is $30.00. Non-license holders are $35.00 (both prices include the front gate ticket.)
