Sunday Portion of US Open Weekend Rescheduled for October 23

LANCASTER, NY (September 12, 2021) … Due to the forecast and the persistent showers in the area throughout the day, management of New York International Raceway Park at Lancaster Speedway and Dragway made the decision to reschedule the Sunday portion of the 33rd US Open to Saturday, October 23.

Everyone that purchased a two-day wristband are encouraged to keep their two-day wristbands and receipts, as both are mandatory for entry on the October 23 race date.

The race card on October 23 will feature the 125-lap US Open for Tour-Type Modifieds, with Late Models and Street Stocks completing the program.

Gate times and more information will be released in the coming days. For more information, check out www.lancastermotorsportspark.com and follow us on Facebook, Twitter, and now on Instagram.
