Day 2 of US Open Weekend Just Two Weeks Away

LANCASTER, NY (October 10, 2021) … Western New York’s racing finale will take place on Saturday, October 23rd with the conclusion of the 33rd US Open Weekend, featuring the Tour-Type Modifieds, Late Models, and Street Stocks.

Racing action will feature the 125-lap Tour-Type Modified main event, as well as 35-lap feature events for the Late Models and Street Stocks. There will be a costume contest with prizes for the kids along with Trick or Treating in the pits.

Lap sponsorships for the Tour-Type Modified 125 are on sale by contacting Todd Smith at (585) 749-4714. Payments are being accepted via Venmo (@Todd-Smith-779) and PayPal (@ToddSmith653). Contingency sponsors are also available.

Pit gates will open at 9 am, grandstands will open at noon, and racing will begin at 1:00 pm. Practice will start at 10 am. Admission prices for the grandstand will be $30 for adults, $10 for future racers (kids aged 8-12), and ages 7 and under are FREE. Pit admission will be $40 for members and $45 for non-members. Everyone that purchased a two-day wristband from the original dates (September 11 and 12) is encouraged to keep their two-day wristbands, as they are needed for re-entry on October 23.

Free camping will be available all weekend. If need be, Sunday, October 24 will be utilized as a rain date.
