Race of Champions Foar Score Four Cylinder Dash Series Set to Close Out Season at the Painesville Speedway in Series First Ever Trip to Ohio

Painesville, Ohio – (October 19, 2021) – The Race of Champions FOAR Score Four Cylinder Dash Series will make its first-ever visit to the Painesville (Ohio) Speedway with the running of the “Finale at Painesville” this Saturday afternoon.

Bob Palmer of Buffalo, N.Y., looks to cap off his phenomenal season by closing out his first-ever Race of Champions Series Championship. Palmer has visited victory lane five different times during the 2021 campaign. Nick Robinson of Waverly, N.Y., sits second in the standings and is the only other driver to visit victory lane during the season with two victories.

Painesville Speedway manager, Randy Maggio, Jr., is looking to build an event the welcomes and encompasses all four-cylinder racers.

“We are looking forward to hosting an exciting event that accommodates all of the Compact racers in our region,” stated Randy Maggio, Jr. “We have seen the success of the Race of Champions Series at Lake Erie so we took this step and created an event that is compact division specific. We are really looking forward to it.”

The D.C. and H. Consulting “Best Appearing” car award for the 2021 will be presented to Jeff Szafraniec of Akron, N.Y.

D.C. and H. Consulting, long-time supporters of the “Dash” Series have come up with this new award for 2021. The award was voted on after reviewing photos from Presque Isle Downs and Casino Race of Champions Weekend at Lake Erie Speedway.
