Rain Cancels Fulton Speedway Portion of SummerFAST
FULTON, NY (Aug. 15, 2023) – Heavy overnight rain in the Fulton, NY area that’s continued into the morning and expected to persist throughout the day has canceled Tuesday’s SummerFAST program at Fulton Speedway.
The decision comes after Super DIRTcar Series and track officials worked closely with meteorologist Wayne Mahar from Precision Weather Service and monitoring the local weather over the past 48 hours.
With a large amount of interest in racing at the speedway, Super DIRTcar Series and track officials are looking into the potential of having two events at Fulton Speedway in 2024.
If you purchased a ticket in advance through the Super DIRTcar Series for the Fulton Speedway race on Aug. 15, you will receive a face-value credit to your MyDirtTickets.com account – good for two years – to be used toward World of Outlaws events or Super DIRT Week.
If a credit to your account does not work for you, then you have until September 15 to request a refund HERE.
Mat Williamson won the opening night of SummerFAST at Brewerton Speedway in a barn burner event Monday night. SummerFAST continues at Land of Legends Raceway on Wednesday, Aug. 16.
