Riley Generators Powering Stafford’s Limited Late Models in 2024
(Stafford Springs, CT)—For the 2024 racing season at Stafford Speedway, Riley Generators of East Windsor, CT will return as a contingency sponsor for the third consecutive season, offering a weekly $100 bonus to each Limited Late Model feature winner. Riley Generator’s bonus will boost the weekly Limited Late Model feature winner’s purse to $475 and with 21 races on the schedule, Limited Late Model drivers have the opportunity to earn an extra $2,100.

Riley Generators’ contingency program contribution won’t be the only support that they lend to the Limited Late Model division in 2024. Riley Generators became the title sponsor of the division’s extra distance 30-lap feature event last season and will return once again this season to present the Riley Generators Limited Late Model 30 on Friday night, June 14th. Riley Generators will boost the normal 20-lap Limited Late Model purse to over $4,000 with the winner guaranteed to take home $700 and $825 with contingency bonuses factored in. Last season’s Riley Generators LLM 30 saw Jeremy Lavoie, whose car is also sponsored by Riley Generators, inherit the lead on a green-white-checkered restart to score his first win of his third championship season.

The Limited Late Model drivers put on a great show every Friday night with a lot of side-by-side racing and it’s very enjoyable to watch.”

The first Riley Generators contingency bonus of the 2024 season will be handed out as part of the 52nd Annual NAPA Spring Sizzler®, set for April 27-28. The NAPA Spring Sizzler® kicks off on Saturday, April 27th and will consist of two 40-lap NAPA Duel qualifying races for the Open Modified division. The 40-lap races will each pay $3,500 to win and will set the field for Sunday’s NAPA Spring Sizzler®. Stafford’s Late Model, Limited Late Model, and Street Stock divisions will complete Saturday’s racing program with qualifying and feature racing.
